I dont know much about the mod, played it around 50 hours or so, my wife has played it more than 100. The leadership skill etc on floris is actually not that much needed as you have noticed (I dont know if you play on full difficulty settings, save function disabled.) If you do and still say its too easy to get money or not investing in such skills is useless, then i tihnk youre much better than me in floris mod. It sounds like it would speed things along if I wanted to get absolute map dominance sooner. I just feel like without it I have already gone pretty far, having 234 for one handed and 211 for archery. It's not about being able to allocate proficiency points, it's about the proficiencies raising faster.
